At Viradeal, we strive to offer high-value subscription services that deliver consistent benefits to our users. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work for all Viradeal subscription plans.


1. Subscription Billing

Viradeal operates on a recurring billing model.
When you subscribe to any of our plans:

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Billing cycles may be monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your selected plan.

  • You will receive an email confirmation after every successful payment.


2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

How Cancellation Works

  • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • After cancellation, you will maintain access to paid features until your billing cycle ends.

  • Your subscription will not renew automatically after cancellation.

How to Cancel

You can cancel by:

  • Logging into your Viradeal dashboard → Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel, or

  • Contacting our support team at support@viradeal.com.


3. Refund Policy

Because Viradeal provides premium digital content and subscription-based services, we maintain the following refund rules:

3.1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a system error.

  • Accidental upgrades or clear billing mistakes verified by our team.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

3.2. Non-Refundable Purchases

Viradeal does not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchasing.

  • Partially used subscription periods.

  • Failure to cancel before renewal.

  • Promotional, discounted, or trial-rate plans.

Once a subscription period has begun, it is generally non-refundable unless it meets the eligibility criteria above.


4. Trial Subscriptions

Trial or introductory offers may be available to new users.

  • If not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

  • Charges after the trial period are non-refundable.


5. Subscription Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Upgrades take effect immediately, and your account will be charged the prorated difference.

  • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Refunds for downgrades are not provided.


6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We may retry the charge multiple times.

  • Account access may be limited until payment is resolved.

  • If unresolved, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.
